Delivery Information
We generally use Royal Mail for our postage and everything leaves us the day after your order. Do you need something faster? email us and we’ll try our best to meet your needs.
If we're posting overseas, 99% of the time things get there quickly but occasionally things can get caught in customs and, depending on your country, there may be some customs charges to pay. Please email us if you're unsure about this and we’ll try our best to get things sorted.
Returns & Exchanges
Is something damaged? Have we made a mistake? Please please email us and we'll try to get everything sorted as quickly as possible. If the mistake is ours, we’ll make sure to fix it as quickly as possible and we'll always make a full refund including postage for damaged goods.
If you change your mind about our products you can return your order for any reason within 1 month of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please follow the simple steps below:

- Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging).

Goods are returned at your own cost. The delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable. Please ensure products are returned complete, unused, unwashed and in original packaging as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they are not in perfect condition. We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel. Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
We will email to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.
